Women's Class

Instructor:Constance

Women's class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am

 

Come and join the women in the morning and be a part of a group that strives to be as fit as they can be. If you are looking for a group that works well together and is encouraging and supportive, stop by the warehouse and get some information about the Women's class.

    

Men's Class

Instructor: Amos

Men's class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am

The Men's class is geared toward developing strength, speed, power, and agility. The class is also focused on learning new movements and disciplines in an effort to develop a well rounded athlete.

Youth Class

Instructor: Zach

The Youth class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5pm

This class is geared toward developing strength and athleticism in the young athlete.  A young athlete in the youth class will practice the skills and disciplines necessary to excel in sports as well as ingrain healthy fitness habits that will travel with the athlete their entire life.
