The Warehouse Gym offers a variety of options for their members.  There is an open gym membership option for those who want to do their own thing in an environment without distractions.  There are also personal trainers on staff that can work with you one-on-one to help you reach your goals.  The Strength and Conditioning camps are another option, for those who would like a different atmosphere with the community feeling and challenge.

 

OPEN GYM

The Warehouse Gym offers open membership to those who prefer to workout themselves.  The gym is a come and go atmosphere.  There are several groups that train together and, depending upon your goal, you could jump in with them for support and motivation.

Personal Training

The Warehouse Gym offers personal training on an individual basis or as pairs.  This atmosphere offers the best in personalized training and addresses your specific needs, whether they be corrective training or someone to push you  to new levels.  This is a great starting point if you haven’t been an avid exerciser.

CrossFit is becoming an extremely popular form of training.  It is constantly varied functional movements carried out at a high intensity.  This is a way you can advance your training to the next level.  These classes offer someone that level of training that an individual would need to push them self to the max.  Our classes are kept small to allow the upmost in personalized training, but with a reasonable price.

Membership & Camp Fees:

• General Membership $40 / month
• Drop in Day Rate for Open Gym $10 / day
• One-on-One Personal Training:  $60 / session
• Discounts available for Military, Fire, Police & First Responders
• Discounts available for pre-pay on Multiple Months
• Youth Strength & Conditioning Camp $100 / month MWF 5 pm
• CrossFit $130 / month (3 classes a week Mon-Wed-Fri)
• CrossFit Day Rate $15
