Dr. Zach McVey is the owner of The Warehouse Gym.  The gym began out of a desire to provide a training environment for people of all fitness levels:  athletes, professional competitors and the fitness enthusiast.
Zach has worked as a personal trainer in the commercial setting and found that the environment was not favorable for developing the level of intens
ity that is needed for an individual to accomplish their goals. Every person Zach trains is treated individually.  Goals are set and a plan is devised to reach that goal.  All while being educated on the proper techniques and the purpose behind the exercise, and how it applies to were you want to be.

Zach has been involved in training individuals and athletes for over 21 years.  His experience ranges from stay at home mothers, people with physical disabilities, to national champion athletes.

$130 per month for 3 days a week group training

$150 per month for 5 days a week group training

$100 per month for YOUTH group training

$15 drop in rate for any class offered
